We are happy and excited you would like to be a part of Liberty Church's Children's Ministry.

Please fill out the form below, once we have received your application a member of our team will be in touch with you regarding next steps and get you set up for our next training/on-boarding.

If you are already participating in Kid City and are currently on a weekend team please fill out the form as well. We will be updating contact information.







Part of Catalyst will ask you to sign a code of conduct agreement. This code of conduct is a way for us as a team to set a higher standard for ourselves as we step into leadership. This includes attending meetings, participating in devotionals, bible reading plan, participating in activities during Kid City and Catalyst. following our dress code etc.

Each applicant will be reviewed and any follow-up, further information request, on boarding will be communicated by our Kid City Director. Any exception to the established parameters will be addressed on a case to case basis.
